He is a board member of the UAE Insurance Authority, an insurance expert in Dubai and Ministry of Justice Courts, an Arbitrator in Dubai International Arbitration Center and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (CIArb) - UK.
Salah is a permanent writer in leading UAE newspaper, runs personal finance seminars and workshops, produces and presents his radio show "Your Financial Consultant" in Sharjah FM Radio 94.4 and presents his radio show "Your Money" at CNBC Arabia.
Catherine R. P. Al-Halyan is the co-founder and Managing Partner of GIC. She is licensed in the state of California Agent / Broker in Life & Disability insurance. She worked in financial services and in various international banks and corporations in Europe, USA and the UAE.
Boyd D. Edmondson is the Managing Consultant and head of the Investment and Pension Division of the company. He worked for many years in South Africa, Arabian Gulf and Offshore markets in Banking, Health insurance, Employee Benefits, Financial Planning, Portfolio Management and Life & General insurance as a Certified Insurance & Investment Consultant.

Christopher Pargiter worked for many years in the construction industry in Southern Africa, and moved into the field of sales and consulting in the mid 1990's. Since moving to Dubai and joining GIC in 2005, he has specialized in Life and Health Insurance, Savings and Investments for groups and individuals.
